| Directions: Look at the
14 vocabulary words below. Choose two words that are related and
connect them together with a line. On the line, show how the two
words are related. The first "Connect Two" is done for you as an
example.
Then work with your friends and your teacher to show how all of these word are related. Your teacher will call on someone to draw one of their Connect Two! words pairs on the board. Then the next student will connect two new words or connect a third word to the first set. The resulting chart showing all the hypothesized links is a semantic map. |
